			12 years experience as PA to Sales Directors within the home improvement industry and a further 4 years experience managing staff and the processing of finance.


		Chris Clark – Operations Manager

			21 years as a PA for major plc’s and a further 4 years managing a central operations function, encompassing management of HR, Accounts Payable, Health & Safety and Facilities.


		Jason Eves – Head of Secured

			12 years experience in the finance industry, of which the last 9 years have been dedicated to selling and underwriting secured loan applications.


		Claire Milton – Head of Customer Care Unit

			10 years experience in processing and underwriting both secured and unsecured finance, 7 of which also include customer care/service, 2 years heading the Customer Care Unit.
